Job Description
Assist Store Manager by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff. Overseeing store and overall performance to develop employees. Ensuring excellent customer service. Support administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintenance of merchandising and outstanding store condition. Initiate replenishment strategies. Report buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. Interview candidates for Sales Associate and Shift-Lead positions. Product Management: Shipment, Damages, Returns, etc. Conduct appraisals to conduct construction feedback. Manage issues that arise with customers and within store staff. Communicate daily with Operations team.
